Today, we had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant, and we were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is cozy, the interior is stylish, and the food is simply amazing. However, the highlight of our experience was the exceptional service. Our waiter, Ali, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. He helped us choose the perfect dishes, explained everything in detail, and made sure all our preferences were taken into account. Thanks to his care and genuine hospitality, our evening was truly perfect. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this fantastic place to everyone!

Why do I not go here more often?! Wonderful food, both varied and perfectly executed, plus an overall exceptional atmosphere. However what makes this restaurant stand out is the genuinely wonderful service. From the person at reception right through to the wait staff, everyone did all they could to make the evening special. A big shout out to Zoltan our waiter, who was also our Sommelier by default. They have a sensible corkage policy for us collectors and at all times, Zoltan delivered both food and wine flawlessly and with a genuine enjoyment. Thank you for a terrific evening.

We’ve walked past Smiths of Wapping countless times but never had the chance to visit—until my mum’s birthday. From the moment we stepped in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, setting the tone for a great evening. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely perfect. The fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and every dish we tried was beautifully prepared. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a 10/10 dining experience in London, and this was exactly that. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a great family dinner spot, I highly recommend Smiths of Wapping—especially with its stunning Tower Bridge view.

Excellent! It was our first time here. We'd walked past many times and liked the look of it and finally came to treat ourselves as we were celebrating. It was impeccable from the moment we walked through the door. The staff and service are formal to exactly the right degree without being stuffy, so we were well looked after at every moment. The setting is stunning with views onto Tower Bridge and the Shard, across the Thames and with boats outside. The restaurant itself was spacious, comfortable and tastefully done out. The food was stunning. Everything was delicious, sumptuous, precisely executed. We couldn't fault a thing. We had it on the lunchtime set menu which we thought was reasonably priced and for it they offered lots of choices for each course and were not stingy with the portions. We squeezed three courses in because it was just so good! This really is a quality restaurant, the kind of which can seem all too rare. We can't wait to go again!

Every time we visit Smith’s of Wapping, we are blown away by the quality of the meal. The flavors are simply out of this world, and the presentation is always top-notch. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience! The team are friendly and attentive, making each visit feel special. Without a doubt, this is the best dining spot around, and we can’t wait to come back for more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing, special moment in London.

This restaurant is 5 star! The food is always exceptional. Fresh seafood, amazing portion sizes and every dish full of flavour. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional. The restaurant views are stunning and the atmosphere and lighting inside are perfect. One of Londons best restaurants.

This is simply a wonderfully run restaurant. So much so that despite all of the distractions of Michelin starred restaurants in London, this is where we keep coming back to. The fish is superb; the dishes are inventive; and the wine list well curated. It’s just a lovely bit of London that goes back decades and let’s hope for decades more? You feel quite special here.

Another good visit to this place, the quality of fish is very good and worth the price. No it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. The only little small quibble is we kept saying we didn’t want more sparkling water, not sure why it kept being brought. In the end we just let it go and had it filled up. But it’s a minor point

Been to Smith’s of Wapping a few times now and I cannot fault it. The service firstly has to be up there with one of the best restaurants I’ve been to (every time). For a seafood lover the food is fantastic, the menu has a wide selection and makes it incredibly difficult to choose what to have! Would highly recommend going to try their set menu, incredible value and a big shout out to the cocktail menu too, some of the best!

Outstanding. We came for lunch. Had the chevice sea bass and blackened cod who were both amazing. The the best ccoked lobster and monkfish. Service was friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend. It was fantastic
